Interest Rate Scam. When called back it was in reference to my Capital One CC, of which I don't have. Was asking for full SS # and I was uncomfortable in giving that out. Called Capital One to verify that I didn't have a Walmart account opened up in my name in which they were able to verify but was not showing another call from me or from them to me. Reporting as fraud to Capital One website
