Hi this is Jay calling from State Farm Claims this telephone call is for Jennifer Wells. Jennifer I'm calling in reference to an accident that occurred on October 26 2019. The State Farm claim number is 13B like in boy 89381. F like in Frank and the number one. I saw a note on here that you wanted to talk to us about our liability decision. So I'm just leaving you a message. Our phone number here at State Farm claims area code 855-341-8184 I work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. So looking here looks like 50% liability was assessed against you Jennifer this is done we received the recorded statements we have the fax of the claim or the accident on file and she received it for failure to yield the right away in an improper lane usage looking at the facts of loss there was a lot going on I saw the other vehicle proceeded(?) to pass you on the right and then said you started the straight so you need to have I guess every driver needs exercise situate situation awareness especially when there's a lot going on in the middle of an intersection and you've been(?) do need to go ahead and make sure that it's clear before you go ahead and proceed forward so this is why that the 50% liability was assessed against you. To advise you that we completed the investigation we are finding you at fault for the accident but to protect you you do carry liability coverage which covers up to $100,000 for property damage.
