These folks are all from India. Ally uses them as bill collectors and they want you to make your payment through Western Union. The 855 number is from the USA but is boot strapped to an office in Mumbai India where many collectors and technical services like Hughes Net use them as they are dirt cheap. They do not know and do not follow the fair debt collection rules and half of them you cant understand to begin with.

Thinking this isn't actually Ally Financial. The messages left sound nothing like those left by actual listed Ally Financial contact numbers and this number has left only one voicemail out of 100 calls.

Came up on my cell phone as unknown number. Caller had a heavy Indian accent; could not fully understand her. We have no dealings with this company, thus this is spam.
