I've gotten an email from "Geek Tech Customer Service" in a little-used Comcast email account in Pennsylvania: "As a reminder your Account/Card will be Auto-Debited for 299.99 USD. for your Computer Service/Protection/Security Licence Renewal for 3 years. your subscription will be activated soon." Here's how I'm supposed to cancel: "If you don't wish to pay 299.00 USD Please Follow the Steps below to Cancel your Subscription/Plan. Call on (810)-882-1911 and Record a message with your Name and your Customer Id Number #1707190. Our Representative will surely get back to you within 24 hours with instructions to cancel your service." The company name and address are shown as "GeekSTech | 7601 Penn Ave S, | Richfield, no state given. Such a street exists in Minnesota. "Licence" is a British spelling, not an American one. Note the "GeekSTech," not "Geek Tech," too. It has to be a scam.
