This is a LEGIT call from First National Bank of Omaha. We have a credit card from our local bank, that is serviced by FNBO, which is why I thought it was a scam at first. It is NOT a scam. They were just trying to get a hold of us to let us know we had forgotten to make a payment on our last statement balance. They left a voicemail every time identifying themselves. Like I said, it was the name of the bank that threw me off at first, but when I called my local banker, they confirmed that this is the financial institution that services the credit cards they issue.

An automated system asked me to hold for the next customer service representative. Someone picked up the call then immediately hung up.
