Our crews have been actively performing restoration efforts throughout all affected areas in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and will continue those efforts throughout the day as of this morning we have restored 54% of our customers in Massachusetts and 39% in Rhode Island and obtained additional resources to assist with restoration efforts. We have assess the damage sustained from the recent storm and determine an estimated time of restoration for your area. We are estimating a restoration date and time of November 1 at 11:00 PM.
