This is this is Delta Airlines calling with an update. Good morning it's Amy shore(?) field director of the East hoping this message finds you well and you've been able to enjoy your family and friends over this holiday weekend. My call today is to ask for your help. First I wanted to say thank you thank you for everyone who's works during this holiday week. You have connected 5.2 million customers with their family that he it to 470 additional flights this year versus last year and it has now become our record breaking Thanksgiving weekend of all times and you did it with the weather that hit across the system which is outstanding. Thank you for everything that you've done today. We're now faced with a larger challenge getting the customers home. We have over 690,000 customers traveling home today and unfortunately the weather can jam our customers travel plans up rain is expected in atlanta-on(?) snow rain mix in Boston Detroit New York and Minneapolis. This you know who drive delays and possible cancellation and ... it means customer is calling for help. Extra hours were out there and my call is to ask for your help woodworking any additional hours you possibly can be over to overtime and double time is extended through Monday December 2.
