These might be scammers, so be careful! I've heard that they Carmax and actually just calling to collect or that you were put down as a secondary from somebody who got a car from them. But apparently also they can seem very fake and may be a scam. It may very easily be a real Carmax call and scammers spoof the number as well. Regardless, their voicemail that they left is "Hi my name is Victoria with Carmax Auto Finance please return my call at 1-800-337-3612. We're in the office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Thank you"

Quite a bit of people have reported this as spam, but as far as I can tell, its legit. Ive included the message they left me: "Name is ___ calling from Carmax Auto Finance. Please return my call at 1-800-337-3612. We're here Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Thank you."
