Upgrade left application useless.
As a faithful user for 8 years. I am not satisfied with the product or customer support at this time as a iPhone XS user. I understand that a majority of this issue may fall into the hands of Sprint but I do not appreciate not having this app functioning. I had to call Sprint 4xs and YouMail chat 2x only to be told that I needed to call Sprint again and ask to speak to a Supervisor familiar with the conditional settings!??! If that is the case, why not put that in your Activation Contact informationIf dialing the codes above does not work then please contact Sprint Customer Support at (888) 211-4727 and tell them to set up "Conditional" call forwarding (also known as Busy/No Answer Call Forwarding) to 8572166810. If they instruct you to dial *72 code then tell them that *72 is for unconditional call forwarding which is not desirable. Tell them to use program DNA and search for conditional call forwarding to input 8572166810 as the access number.To return to carrier voicemail at any time, just dial the "YouMail Deactivate" contact.YouMail Auto Generated Contact. Do Not Delete.No where does it say contact a supervisor. By the way two techs applied those conditions and still not working. Lastly upon my second chat with YouMail a representative told me that this has been a known problem for 11 months again if you are working this out with Sprint then your users need to know especially when upgrading phones. At the very least maybe an agreement with Sprint that when users call in with YouMail issue the call gets routed to that tech(s) handling this issue.
Voice message waiting indicator is frequently wrong however. This however should not detract from downloading the product.
