Said not a sales call. Would not hang up when I asked them to take me off their list. I don't fly Southwest so I know it was a robo call. I finally hung up and blocked the number.
don't know who this is they woke me up this is my private cell phone verypissed off about being awake by someone I don't know
This Indian woman called to tell me I was eligible for 2 free tickets to fly Southwest out of St Augustine internationally. I said I was unaware that St Aug had gone commercial; I thought it was private/small jets. She didn't know what to say so she sent me to the manager, a Spanish woman who reiterated they are giving away 2 free airline tickets to any airline anywhere in the US all I had to do was show up at the presentation in St Aug today or Weds, but it's not a timeshare, we just want to get the word out about The Welcome Center. The woman commented about how young I sound (I'm 50). The fact they are looking for young people to show up in person who are willing to travel internationally... maybe it's my line of work (FinCrime) but this sounds like a human trafficking scheme. It's definitely NOT legit.
These people called my phone three times within the space of seconds. The first time, I did not answer. The second and third time I answered, but didn't say anything. Scum of the earth, plus the fact that this is not a "real" phone number. No phone numbers in the USA have the exchange 123.
