This is not AT&T. They identify as calling for ATT DirecTV, but it is a spam caller trying to sell DirecTV discounts that do not exist.
"Jamal" told me they noticed we disconnected service with them and we have an "unresolved matter" and to get into the details, they needed to verify the service address. I asked what unresolved matter - because we've sold the house and paid all bills for your service at this address. Again, he said he can't get into the specifics unless I was able to provide my address, DOB, or email address. I hung up. If someone calls you, you should never have to verify yourself... They called YOU, you did not call them.
This does not look like any of the correspondence from the department of health. Also, I am fully vaccinated, so they have no reason to contact me.
Called and refused to answer at 9:34 AM Eastern Time. Never left me a message nor identified themselves. Suspected robocall and scammer misusing a toll-free phone number so that he/she can try to scam me.
This call comes 3 times a day., every day, beginning with 8a.m. Can incessant calls like this be stopped?
I have never answered this phone call!
Crazy Indian debt collectors, I'm scheduled for two different surgeries in the next month and I don't have time for this insanity. I don't need the stress when I am very ill. I'm blocking these idiots and please people for your own sanity do NOT answer any calls from a number unless you know that number!! No one needs that stress.
This is the outgoing "One Call Now" Caller ID number which various companies, schools, churches, and businesses use for emergency calling or broadcast calling.
I get this call 2 or 3 times a day at work. Dead air for a few seconds, then "Thank you for your patience. You'll be assisted shortly." After that I just hang up.
I am sure this is Citi based on other reports here. They kept calling from another number yesterday that showed their name, and left messages the first two times to call them, and that it wasn't a sales call. Now they're apparently trying to be slick by using a different number without their name, thinking I will answer.
Sounded like a bit older woman that didn’t know what she was doing, but asked to speak to me (said my name) I said this is me 3 times then she fumbling around asked for my SSN. I said what and hung up. Blocked the number.
