Said to call their institute (not company or firm- but institute-- who says that in the USA- NO ONE) about a legal claim against me that was pending. If I did not call today, they would be pressing the case forward.
I have NO DEBTS so I know this is a scammer !
Harassing about a debt that falls outside the statue of limitations. They call back-to-back and have even called my relatives trying to make contact with me.
This is definitely not a scam it is the fraud department of my credit card company verifying transactions on my attempted in my card
I was sent an email, text, and voice mail from this person. The phone number is NOT from One Main Financing. In fact they won't give me a loan.
"Yeah hi this is Jacob calling you from one Main Financial the call is regarding the loan application that has been approved by my funding Department. So if you're still in the market looking for a loan please give us a call back on 31229749028122974902. Thank you and have a blessed day."
"This is an important message from the superior court for Juan ..... Cordoba again the number to call is 844 362 9883.
I get a call from this number like every other day.
The same call as listed above. Zoe claiming that I was a winner of a $25,000.00 drawing. Left a call back number of 844-357-1629 extension 737
Voicemail claimed to be Spectrum calling about a "payment issue" with my last payment. I made my last payment 2 weeks ago, well before it was due. I verified on-line with Spectrum and my bank that the payment had gone through and my account balance was $0. There was no payment issue, so this must be a spam call.
