Live caller (with a dog barking in the background) claims to be from NYS Consumer Protection Agency by the name of "Antonia". She leaves message stating she needs to speak with me regarding an online complaint submission I supposedly submitted to this agency, which I did not. This is the second type of call I received this month in addition to some slob recently trying to profit from the covid vaccine. I NEVER answer unfamiliar telephone numbers which likely frustrates the scam callers who seem to be trying to step up their lame game.

This is a legitimate call. It is NOT a telemarketer. It is an automated recording to let you know if a procedure has been approved by your healthcare provider. The call should NOT be blocked. If it is, you can call back and it will recognize your number, confirm your birth year, and play your message.
Insurance scammers are calling from this number and several other numbers also. I can't believe that the Federal Government let's these people do this continually even after registering with The National Do Not Call List?
