“publisher clearing house” robocall scampaign facilited by Enflick, 360 Networks, Bandwidth Inc., & Onvoy aka Neutral Tandem aka Inteliquent non-fixed VoIP cartel.
Called me at 6 AM. Silent until you say something. I found the best way to answer an unfamiliar/unexpected caller is to pick up and say nothing. A real person will say HELLO? The robot/computer callers need you to answer the call for it to connect to their pre-recorded message or "live" solicitor.

Same message as others. My credit is clean, and I know they're scamming. I suspect they offer "legal" services (under different companies) to "stop" Evergreen Professional Recovery. It's like one side of their scam is the debt collection angle (EPR), and the other side of their scam is to offer to help against the debt collector side (Credit Glory, Lember Law, etc.). Notice those places offering to help have similar addresses as the scammers. Unreal!
Dont have any past due debts. Never identified who the call was for, who was calling or the nature of their business.
Over the weekend I received 14 voicemail messages, all of them in Spanish. I don't speak much Spanish so I had someone else listen to them. I was told that it was spam, they were asking for information from me.
Comes up on caller ID as Premera, calling the number redirects to an automated "survey". I have not had Premera insurance for several years now, which leads me to believe this is a scam.
