Scam/Fraud under Federal Criminal Investigation. This is not a Robocaller.
Deceptive technique used. Said my "customer choice" program with Penelec is expiring. That's interesting, since I've NEVER PARTICIPATED in such a program. However, I do participate in a program for low-income people, which requires periodic recertification. I wonder how many folks in my situation have been fooled by this tactic and bought into this - and worse yet, if it resulted in them losing actual benefits under the legit program.

No caller ID, no message left, NO hits on Google except a front site for Intellius and 3 bogus front sites for Spokeo allegedly full of fake sounding names (yet Google keeps showing them, so MUST be getting paid for the placements :-( ).
keeps calling, leaves no message, who is this? no name, no message, keeps calling = very annoying and bothersome. being on do not call list does nothing to stop this crap. if you won't identify yourself and state your business don't bother me. i call this spam.
Hangup call. Didn't recognize name OR #. Google had no connections between them, and only bogus Spokeo front sites (just a link to Spokeo -- not even the fake names allegedly on them like "Dodger Kakook" or "Wies Loveloveyou" that the Google results claimed. Guessing that name or # (or BOTH) were spoofed....
Clearly NOT UPMC as claimed in the robocall. Reports dating back nearly 2 years on other sites! Some sort of scam, and betting you shouldn't call the # in the message either....
