I called number back out of curiosity. I was instructed to go online (using the Windows key and letter R) that would bring up a form that I needed to complete to cancel my subscription to Microsoft security. I don't purchase security from Microsoft and if such a charge appears on one of my credit cards or bank account I would fight it.

Continue calls everyday. Had identity theft in the past and they are suspicious in the way they call and continue asking for a name that was used in pretense for fraud.
