Called to report I was getting error codes on my computer caused by downloads to my computer without my knowledge. I had time to kill, so I was able to keep him on the line for a little more than 10 minutes, following his every command (except that I powered up one of my Linux computers and not Windows). I followed his every request exactly, but misguiding him when he asked if this was a Windows computer ... "... I don't know, my daughter set it up for me...". I sprinkled in a number of "I don't understand.." and "Could you repeat that?". He finally was able to determine I was using Linux and said an expert on that operating system would call me to help. I hung-up and blocked the number.
Has called 2 times in 2 days even though I am on the national do not call list. Shows as name unavailable on call screen. There is no 190 area code in the United States.
